Despite being a licensed mental health clinician since 2005, I wasn't able to improve my sleep until I learned Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) as a clinician. That's why I'm passionate about helping others - I don't want you to suffer as long as I did. Together, we'll identify the factors perpetuating your insomnia and work on the thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of your sleep.
I am fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and offer telehealth sessions to clients in Florida, Texas, and Vermont. I also offer face-to-face sessions in Sugar Land, TX. I accept insurance and self-pay. Weekend sessions are available.
