I have been working as a clinical health psychologist for 19 years. Most of my clinical experience has been within the Department of Veterans Affairs, where I work in integrated Primary Care teams, helping veterans with various behavioral and health concerns, including sleep issues.  I received extensive CBT-I training through the VA, which included 6 months of consultation reviewing audiotaped cases to ensure I was delivering the treatment with fidelity. Subsequently I completed the  Advanced CBT-I and BSM course through the University of PA., as well as numerous hours of CE's on Behavioral Sleep Medicine topics.
