Dr. Lauren Brenner is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the field of trauma and stressor-related disorders. She received her BS from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and MS and PhD in Clinical Psychology at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago. Dr. Brenner conducted clinical training at the University of Chicago, Edward J Hines VAMC, James Lovell Federal Health Care Center, and an intensive DBT program. I am a psychotherapist focusing on the treatment of adults with sleep problems as well as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stressors, and other mental health concerns that commonly coincide with sleep symptoms. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) independently as well as in conjunction with other therapies to meet individual client needs. Services are currently via telehealth to clients who reside in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Vermont.
