I am a psychotherapist in private practice serving the states of California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Florida. I received insomnia psychotherapy training in CBT-I from the Center for Deployment Psychology. More broadly, I am a relational and experiential psychotherapist utilizing somatic experiencing (SE), accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), and internal family systems (IFS). When working in short-term insomnia focused therapy, I occasionally integrate experiential methods, particularly from somatic experiencing. I have worked with clients who have reached out exclusively to do CBT-I, and I have also worked with my existing long-term clients with CBT-I. I accept certain insurance plans in MA and am an OON provider in CA, NJ, and FL.
