- 5 virtual therapy sessions over 6 weeks, with optional follow-ups as needed
- Session-by-session workbooks to support your journey (yours to keep forever)
- A personalized letter for your referring physician, if desired
- A calming sleep-themed care package mailed to new clients, filled with tools for rest and relaxation
- Flexible scheduling, with evening hours for busy professionals
- Available to clients in Texas and Illinois via telehealth
- Onboarding welcome packet once intake is booked to make sure you are set up for success
