I am a psychotherapist focusing on the treatment of adults with sleep problems as well as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, stressors, and other mental health concerns that commonly coincide with sleep symptoms. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) independently as well as in conjunction with other therapies to meet individual client needs. Services are currently via telehealth to clients who reside in New Jersey, Connecticut, and Vermont. I found my way to treating sleep issues when I had the opportunity to take a long-term clinical training in CBT-Insomnia. I'm also the author of Become Your Child's Sleep Coach: The Bedtime Doctor's 5-Step Guide, Ages 3-10. I've been treating people with insomnia with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) for more than twenty years. CBT-I is a rapid and very effective treatment for insomnia and the results are lasting.
