Dr Gavriloff is a clinical psychologist and sleep medicine specialist, and sees both adults and children clinically. He lectures in sleep medicine and is a Research Clinical Psychologist at the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute (SCNi), University of Oxford. He also leads the Oxford Two-Day Masterclass in CBT for Insomnia. My own struggle with insomnia led me to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and I was my own first CBT-I patient. It worked so well that I became a CBT-I practitioner.
