She runs Hunrosa Sleep consultancy which comprises a multidisciplinary team of professionals who use CBTi among other approaches to resolve Sleep issues. Specialist knowledge in additional needs and sensory dysregulation. Jan runs regular accredited training sessions for the NHS and Educators., which incorporate the use of the Sleep Wise app for the under 25s.
