I also trained at the Royal London Hospital for Integrative Medicine as a CBT-i practitioner, working with people who struggle to sleep. Aside from my private practice, I worked at an NHS service in London and a low-cost service and volunteered at a mental health charity for adults, and continue to volunteer at a charity for struggling mothers.
