I am a therapist in Chicago trained in CBT-I. I originally trained in Dr. Gregg D. Jacobs's CBT-I program and offered individual and group CBT-I in an outpatient hospital setting. Since then, I have completed additional CBT-I training including U Penn's Basic Training and Mini Fellowship. I have also received additional supervision through U Penn. In addition to working with insomnia, I am a therapist who specializes in working with anxiety disorders, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, body focused repetitive behaviors, and ADHD.
